The Sonplas Main Fuel Pump Test Stand is designed for the hydraulic performance testing of various aircraft main fuel pumps. It precisely measures flow rate, leakage and pressure relief valve settings in accordance with customer-specific Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs).
A universal test circuit enables flexible testing of different pump types. Automated test sequences, automatic PRV adjustment and precise pressure, flow and temperature control ensure reliable and reproducible results. Type-specific interchangeable pallets with RFID identification provide efficient and safe handling. The traceability of all measurement results and the ability to integrate with management systems, such as MES or ERP, makes the way for a fully digitized testing process.
The test stand supports pressures of up to 210 bar, flow rates of up to 650 l/min and drive train speeds of up to 9,000 rpm. Its flexible, automated design makes it an ideal solution for demanding aerospace MRO applications.
